Are you having trouble adding to cart? When you shop with Northwave Australia you’re supporting a local Australian Retailer who stocks our Brand. We take care of everything from dispatch to after sales care but we support the local Retailers who stock our Brand which is why you need to select a store before you can add to cart. For quicker checkout times in the future you can now save a Retailer as your favourite store.

We want our customers to know that they can rely on Northwave products, by providing a 24-month warranty guarantee from the date purchased. We guarantee our products to be of the best quality during normal usage. Northwave products are analytically laboratory tested and approved by Northwave testers and have undergone adequate military “O” standards. Keep in mind our products have an elevated amount of handmade workmanship, especially our footwear and apparel; therefore, no two boots, binding or apparel are the same.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS PROCESS

Not sure about your purchase? No worries!

We understand that you might change your mind about the products you have purchased. Our returns policy allows you 30 days to return any unwanted item at your own cost. Products you are returning must be in their original and unused condition and in the original packaging.

Please ensure you do not compromise the original packaging or tags otherwise we will be unable to accept your return. You may return the item for a full refund, excluding and sample items that do not come with tags. If you would like to exchange the best way is to simply place a new order for the item you want—and return the item you already have for a refund as we don't offer exchanges on orders.
